Shipping Policy

Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Local Pickup: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our flagship location in Cocoa Beach, FL. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 11AM to 8PM, Monday through Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email or order number with you when you arrive.

Domestic Orders:

• Standard shipping fee of $15 for all domestic orders.
• Priority shipping Option of $30 for all domestic orders.
• Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping. Note: Shipping delays may occur if payment cannot be processed or verified. Some credit card issuing banks may place a hold on payment if the billing information is inaccurate, or if the billing and shipping addresses are different.

Tracking Your Order: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Issues with Shipping: If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@drifthouse.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
